Painting near the ocean requires a different approach.

Salt air changes the equation

Ocean air carries salt that settles on exterior surfaces. Combined with moisture, it can accelerate the deterioration of certain materials and coatings.

UV exposure matters

Constant sun exposure can contribute to color fading and coating deterioration. That’s why proper preparation and choosing the right exterior coating matter.
